Ingredients
• 8 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• ½ cup olive oil
• 2 cups water
• ½ cup prepared yeast mixture (yeast dissolved in water)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.
2. Add the olive oil and mix until incorporated.
3. Pour in the water and the prepared yeast mixture.
4. Mix everything together until a dough begins to form.
5. Knead until smooth and elastic.
Notes
• Adjust as needed:
• Add a little more flour if the dough is too sticky
• Add a little more water if it’s too dry
